Oak Park, Illinois, beats Everett High School 32-14 in the title game. Everett is led by Charlie Brickley, who was born in South Boston on November 24, 1891, had set a state single-season scoring record of 237 points, and would go on to participate in the Olympics in 1912 and play football at Harvard and professionally.
