Crumpacker Rally is held at Faneuil Hall.

Sponsored by William Monroe Trotter and others, it seeks to support enforcement of the fourteenth Amendment. It is named of U.S. Rep. Edgar Crumpacker (R-Ind.), who called for Congress to reduce representation for Southern states denying rights to African-Americans.
