Scollay Square Station opens.

It includes a masonry head house built on a kiosk with a four-sided clock. Scollay Square Under Station, which serves the East Boston Tunnel Extension, opens on March 18, 1906. The kiosk above the two stations are demolished in 1927, and the combined station is renamed Government Center Station in 1963. Closed for renovation in 2014, it reopens on March 21, 2016.
