Franklin Brewing Company is built .
1895
Architect: Charles Kaestner. Designed in the Queen Anne/Romanesque Revival style, it is located at 3175 Washington Street. The brewery operates until 1918 and is thereafter used as a storage facility, first by the Onion Wool Company and then by the D.W. Dunn Corporation.
