All Saints Church (second) holds its first service.

Architect: Cram & Goodhue. Designed in the Late Gothic Revival style, it is located at 209 Ashmont Street. The building contains stained class windows by Charles Connick. A tower is completed in 1894. The first church designed by Cram, the building is later described by Douglass Shand-Tucci as “A masterpiece . . . [and] a model for American parish church architecture for the first half of the 20th century.”
