(ca.) It is located over Williams Market at the corner of Washington Street and Dover Street at today’s 1138 Washington Street. The building becomes Hooley’s Theatre in 1880-1881, the Novelty Theatre in 1880-1881, the Windsor Theatre in 1881, and later the Grand Museum, the Grand Theatre in 1896, and the Hub Theatre on August 17, 1903.
