Quincy (Josiah) School (second) is built.

(ca.) The building is located at today’s 90 Tyler Street. The top floor of the building is demolished by the Great New England Hurricane in 1938. Chinese students replace Syrians as the largest ethic group in the 1960s. The school moves to a new building (third) on Washington Street in 1976.*
