Isaac Rosnosky arrives with his parents in 1860. Subsequently a partner in a wholesale clothing business at 47 Summer Street, he lives at 11 Dwight Street. He is elected to the Boston Common Council in 1878* and the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 1879.*
