Roxbury residents vote to become a city.

[3/25] Residents vote 836-192 for the change at a meeting at the Old Town House. The result reflects the fact that voters in the more urban Lower Roxbury outnumbered those in the more rural areas of Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury.
