(Oct.) Speakers include Edward Everett, Abbott Lawrence, Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, and Daniel Webster. The Massachusetts Society for the Preservation of Agriculture sells the grounds in 1844 and the exhibition hall is moved and becomes a hotel in 1844.*
