Selectmen note “disorderly conduct” by a number of sailors in West Boston.

They describe, “disorderly conduct . . . occasioned by a number of Spanish sailors and the sailors from the frigate Constitution assembling at West Boston.” They request Captain Stewart “to order his men on board at sunset every evening.”
