Hayden (Lewis) House is built.

[1833-BHT] It is located at 66 Phillips Street. The building becomes the home of Lewis Hayden from 1849 to 1889, during which time it serves as unofficial headquarters for the abolitionist movement and a stop on the Underground Railroad.
