Kilton-Beal House is built.

(ca.) Built for Ebenezer Kilton and his wife, Abigail Bird, it is located at 29 Humphreys Street. It is purchased by Jacob Beal in 1799. A Greek Revival house is added to the original building in the mid-19th century. and the house remains in the Beal family until the early 20th century.
