[1757-BJT] It is published by John Green and Joseph Russell initially from a shop opposite the “Probate-Office in Queen Street, then a shop next to the Cromwell Tavern on School Street. It subsequently becomes Green and Russell’s Post-Boy and Advertiser and then the Massachusetts Gazette and Post-Boy and Advertiser. The paper continues to publish until 1775. [becomes Boston’s first daily newspaper for a brief time, beginning on December 16, 1797-?)
