Custom House (first) is built.

It is located at the corner of today’s Richmond Street and North Street (then Ann Street) near North Square. Succeeding locations include Scollay Square, Tremont and Court Streets, and today’s 60 State Street. The Custom House It moves to a new building on Custom House Street in 1810* and to the current building in 1847.*
