Rev. John Wheelwright arrives in Boston.

(Apr.) The brother-in-law of Anne Hutchinson, Wheelwright is initially invited to become a minister at the First Church in Boston, but after objections from John Winthrop is assigned to a church in Mount Wollaston instead. Like his sister-in-law, he runs afoul of authorities of the colony in 1637.*
